The construction industry has been growing and developing every year. Along with this growth, we learn to adapt and innovated materials to make our building materials stronger and safe. Nowadays, inventing new methods and creating materials has been the pivot of every nation. The research objective is to obtain a substitute for concrete material that will help lessen marine waste like Periwinkle Shells and to explore new substances that can improve the strength of our concrete. The studies led to the substance called Nano-Titanium Dioxide, which we found has qualities to improve concrete's qualities. An amount of crushed periwinkle shells were substituted to the concrete mixture and also an amount of Nano Titanium Dioxide was added to the mixture. Different quantities of the mixture were formulated and tests were conducted to observe the best compound that helps to strengthen the concrete. Afterwards, the periwinkle shells can substitute for fine aggregates in cement paste but in a minimal percentage. Also, the research resulted that the Nano Titanium and the periwinkle shells are effective for concrete innovation regarding compression strength.en_US
