Barangay halls are great venues to directly address and cater the needs of the people. But how can barangay officials give their service if they lack the facilities to accommodate their constituents? In this study, the property conditions of the old barangay hall and identifying its absent components to incorporate into the new multi-purpose barangay hall design were assessed using ASTM E 2018-08. The As-Built Analysis was conducted emulating the structural condition of the old barangay hall per ASCE 11-90 guidelines considering that no data was gather on Building Information Modeling (BIM) of the old barangay hall which aided in determining the structure’s integrity if it can still be used as a satellite building for the new multi-purpose barangay hall. The proponents then design the new multi-purpose building of the barangay Calinan, Riverside, Davao City which incorporates the green concepts such as rainwater harvesting system, daylight harvesting system, natural air ventilation system, shading devices, and grasscrete making it cost efficient.en_US
