Tourist satisfaction is related to the characteristics of the destination's commodities and tourism identity. Tourists may be less interested in visiting a tourist destination if it has subparamenities and infrastructure, which may influence the local economy. Infrastructure should be developed or offered to improve the tourism industry. This research aims to assess and evaluate the Felis Resort Complex's existing physical condition and the level of local tourists' satisfaction with the Felis Resort Complex's overall environment. The research methodology enables the researchers to evaluate the connection between current physical conditions and local tourists' satisfaction with Felis Resort Complex as a tourist destination. The researcher used a non experimental design and a correlational approach involving 307 participants to ascertain how closely two or more variables are related. Thus, to assess the applicable variables and determine how closely the variables are connected, a correlational research design was employed.en_US
