dc.description.abstractThis study sought to establish the relationship between teacher’s working condition and self-efficacy among mathematics-related subjects in UM Panabo College. The study adopted a non-experimental correlation method and employed a standardized questionnaire where there are 11 respondents to be the research sample. The data were gathered through a survey questionnaire that is given to the respondents. The result of the research were studied and analyzed carefully to show the relationship between working condition and self-efficacy. The study concluded that there is a relationship between teacher’s working condition and self-efficacy among mathematics-related subjects. The study recommends that the school may increase the bandwidth of internet connection to have sufficient support instruction. Moreover, the school may conduct assemblies for parents and teachers in order to be updated with their child’s status in school.en_US
