This research paper aims to explore the experiences of young adults in maintaining and nurturing romantic relationships during the COVID-19 pandemic. This qualitative study was conducted using the phenomenology method. The ten participants were purposefully selected to participate in an in-depth face to face interview. The researchers obtained informed consent to assure the participants of their rights and privacy. The interview was audio recorded, the data were collected and transcribed verbatim, and the responses that were compiled were thematically analyzed. The study reveals the challenges faced by young adults in communicating their love, dealing with overthinking, and managing mishandled emotions. Additionally, the research explores the coping mechanisms employed by young adults to navigate these difficulties, including open communication, being considerate and expressive, and fostering positive traits. This study provides valuable insights into the experiences of young adults navigating romantic relationships during the pandemic, and the findings can contribute to the development of support system and strategies to enhance relationship well-being during times of adversity.en_US
