dc.description.abstractThe study entitled "Constituents' satisfaction on the services of the office of the barangay Pichon" was conducted to determine the constituents' satisfaction towards the services provided by the office of the barangay Pichon. The respondents were the constituents of Barangay Pichon who had transactions in the barangay office. The method used was descriptive research design method. Result of the study implied that the office of Barangay Pichon's services offered had an overall mean of 4.33 which was identified as outstanding. In the level of constituents satisfaction with 3 indicators, staff, facilities, and services with the mean of 4.36, 4.37 and 4.28 respectively. The result indicates that the office of Barangay Pichon provide outstanding level of services which the constituents' are highly satisfied with. While, result of the study implied test of the level of Constituents' Satisfaction of Brgy. Pichon's Staff got a mean of 4.36 which is interpreted as highly satisfied. The level of service as to Facilities got a mean of 4.37 which is interpreted as highly satisfied. The level of Brgy. Pichon's constituents' satisfaction in terms of services got a mean of 4.28 which is interpreted as highly satisfied.en_US
