dc.description.abstractThe study Customer's Satisfaction on ATM Services of Landbank in Samal Island was conducted to determine the significant difference between customer's satisfaction and ATM services. This study specifies the level of customer's Satisfaction with ATM services in Samal Island in terms of gender and salary. it was found out that the level of customers satisfaction of the respondents is 4.35, which is very high, which means that this practice is always manifested. It was also found out that gender does not differ in this Satisfaction, as seen in the computed t-value of 0.606 and a p-value of .546. Likewise, the customers' Satisfaction of the respondents does not differ when looking at their salary, as shown in the computed F-value of 1.166 with a p-value of .327 lastly if there is no significant difference between the customers satisfaction and ATM services.en_US
