dc.description.abstractThe study online shopping determinants and satisfaction of LGU employees in the Island Garden City of Samal was conducted to determine the level of online shopping determinants and satisfaction on online shopping of LGU employees in the Island Garden City of Samal. The researchers analyzed, evaluated, organized, and gathered the data through the study accordingly. The study was a quantitative descriptive correlational research design. the statistical tools employed were mean, standard deviation, Pearson-r. The data was gathered through survey questionnaire distributed to 235 LGU employees in the Island Garden City of Samal. Results showed that online shopping determinants generated high mean scores and showed that the items were oftentimes manifested. Also, satisfaction with online shopping generated a high mean score and showed that consumers were satisfied. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between the online shopping determinants - security, information availability, shipping, quality, pricing and time, and consumer satisfaction. Consumers may continue to purchase items on online shopping and can rely on the online shopping determinants when they desire to buy items with convenience with minimal effort.en_US
