dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted to determine the level of operational skills and business performance of selected micro business in Babak. the study was a quantitative descriptive correlational research design. the statistical tools used in the study were weighted average mean, Pearson r and regression. The data was gathered through the use of survey questionnaires and was distributed to 324 businesses in Babak, IGACOS. The result showed that the operational skills of business generated a high mean score of 3.57 and revealed that the operational skills were noticeable. Similarly, the business performance had a high mean score of 3.69 and revealed that business performance was important. Moreover, there was a significant relationship between operational skills and business performance. Since it revealed that all of the stated indicators had a descriptive level of high, selected micro businesses in Babak, Island Garden City of Samal should continue or practice their operational skills for them to have a higher business performance and operate in the always-changing environment of business industry.en_US
