dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to determine the significant relationship between environmental consciousness and waste management practices of elementary students in Toril Elementary School. A descriptive survey research design was used in this study, a total of one hundred fifty-two respondents were determined using total population sampling. The essential data were gathered using the adapted and modified questionnaires. Mean and Pearson Product Moment Correlation were utilized as the study's statistical tool. Results showed that the environmental consciousness of students is very high, thus, waste management practices is also very high. The result indicated that the environmental consciousness was insignificantly related to waste management practices. Hence, it is recommended to provide opportunities to enhance their understanding of waste segregation and eco-conscious behavior to create a generation that prioritizes responsible waste management and environmental well-being.en_US
