This study aimed to determine the influence of online customer ratings on the sales performance of the selected beach resorts in Island Garden City of Samal. A descriptive-correlational design was used in this study. The researchers used mean to quantify the level of online customer ratings and sales performance of the selected beach resorts. Pearson product-moment correlational was utilized to ascertain the significant relationship between the two variables. There were thirty respondents of the study, thus researchers used random sampling technique. Results revealed that the level of online customer ratings and sales performance of selected beach resorts is high which indicated that the selected resorts are able to provide good service which also translated to their sales performance. However, there's an interesting findings since online customer ratings and sales performance is not significantly correlated. This underscores that sales performance is not dependent to the online customer ratings. The resorts were able to get an impressive sales performance with or without the help of their online customer ratings.en_US
