| dc.description.abstract | This descriptive comparative study was conducted to determine the level and significant differences of entrepreneurial intentions among BSBA Students at UM Peñaplata College including their demographic profile: age and gender. Population sampling technique was utilized to gather information's from the 308 respondents. Moreover, in analyzing the data, Mean and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Researchers adopted the questionnaires and scales from the study of Indari and Kristiansen (2003) with a 5-point Likert scale with 1 as an indicator of very low and 5 as an indicator of very high. The overall result of the study showed that there is a high level of entrepreneurial intentions among BSBA students in UM Peñaplata College among the respondents. There is no statistically significant difference between male and female students as well as the age groups (young, middle, and old) in determining the entrepreneurial intentions of BSBA students. This implies that age and gender does not have a substantial impact on entrepreneurial intention in the context of the study. Moreover, this study suggested that the school and its professors erect relevant programs, training and activities that will further encourages and motivates the business intentions of students and incoming business students regardless of their gender of UM Peñaplata College. | en_US |
