dc.description.abstract | this study aimed to investigate the financial planning of small and micro enterprises in Island Garden City, Samal. The research focuses on various elements of financial planning, such as company age, educational background of small and micro enterprises with the total respondents of 342 using simple random sampling method. The study employed a descriptive quantitative approach, using a survey questionnaire to collect data. The data collected were analyzed using appropriate statistical tools such as mean, T-Test and analysis of variance (ANOVA). The result showed that financial planning of small and micro enterprises described as very high. In terms of their gender the study revealed that there is significance of financial planning for women, where the female representation is higher than male. Based on the data presented in the analysis, it appears that small and micro enterprises, regardless of their company age, display similar levels and patterns of financial planning practices. The study also reveals that business owners with higher levels of education tend to have stronger financial planning capabilities compared to those with basic education. Further research is recommended to explore the applicability of financial planning strategies in other regions and to identify potential barriers to small and micro enterprises growth that may require targeted interventions. | en_US |
