dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine the significant relationship between Occupational Safety & Health Programs and Employee Performance among employees in Anflocor Investment Corp. This study’s variables are Occupational Safety & Health Programs and Employee Performance and the indicators used in this study are Occupational Health Surveillance, Health and Safety Committees, Employee Wellness Program, Employee Assistance Program, Health and Safety Policy, Health and Safety Inspection, Health and Safety Training, Health and Safety Audits for Occupational Safety & Health Programs and Employee Performance are Quality Performance, Quantity of work, Work Efficiency and Performance Measure. The Occupational Safety & Health Programs has an overall mean of 4.17, described as “High,” and the Employee Performance has an overall mean of 4.39, described as “Very High”. The researchers used a quantitative non-experimental design, with 169 employees in Anflocor Investment Corp, to analyze the relationship between Occupational Safety & Health Programs and Employee Performance. The statistical methods used in this study were weighted mean and Pearson-r. The computed r-value is .191** and is associated with a p-value of 0.003, less than 0.05. As a result, the null hypothesis is rejected. Therefore, there is a significant relationship between Occupational Safety & Health Programs and Employee Performanceen_US
