| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to assess the business administration students of UM Peñaplata college. The study employed a quantitative descriptive method, comparing different groups within the sample. the research instrument was an adopted and modified questionnaire assessing how UM Peñaplata college students were stressed. The data collected were analyzed using Person R and mean. Moreover, 175 BSBA students at UM Peñaplata college participated in the study using a survey questionnaire. The result showed that the physiological and sensory responses have the highest mean of the students' high-stress levels, and the lowest mean is 1.00 mean, which is the physiological response. BSBA students often face financial stress due to various factors. Hence, students' income varies significantly based on their experience and working hours. For instance, bad weather conditions can risk their safety and affect their income due to a lock of job opportunities in the market. this can lead to a high level of stress among students. the financial stress experienced by students is a significant concern due to the challenging and risky nature of their occupation. BSBA students often face high levels of financial pressure from various factors such as unpredictable income, economic uncertainties, and the demanding costs associated with their profession. | en_US |
