dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to determine the significant relationship between Awareness of Disaster Risk Reduction and Extent of Integration among College of Business Administration in UMPC. The independent variable of the study is awareness of disaster risk reduction with an indicators of Disaster-Related Knowledge, Disaster Preparedness and Readiness, Disaster Adaptation, Disaster Awareness and Disaster Risk Perception. The dependent variable of the study is extent of integration with an indicators of Attitude and Action, School's Policy, and Preparedness Planning. The independent variable has an overall mean of 3.62 described as high and the dependent variable has an overall mean of 3.81 described as high. In this study, the researchers used the descriptive-correlation method, with 242 students in UMPC to determine the relationship of the two variables by using the statistical tools, which are the mean and Pearson-r. The result of the computation using R-value is 0.732 associated with the significant value of 0.000, which is less than the alpha of 0.05. As a result, the null hypothesis is rejected. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between Awareness of Disaster Risk Reduction and Extent of Integration among students of the Department of Business Administration in UMPC.en_US
