dc.description.abstract | This study entitled, “Teachers Stress Coping Strategies and Job Performance". The researchers aim to determine the level of teachers’ stress coping strategies, whether it affects their job performance. The study was conducted at Panabo City National High School. The researchers used quantitative correlational research design in this study. The survey questionnaire consists of thirty questions conducted to the one hundred-fifty-five (155) Teachers of Panabo City National High School to gather data. The statistical methods used in the study were weighted mean and Pearson-r. The computed r-value is 0.397 and is associated with a p-value of 0.000, less than 0.05. It implies that the null hypothesis is rejected. It was found out that teachers have 3.78 which means a very high level of stress coping strategies of teachers, 2.87 which means a high level of job performance of Panabo City National High School. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between the two variables. | en_US |
