This study assesses the three barangays' pre-disaster interventions: New Balamban, Pandapan, and San Agustin. It made use of a quantitative research design. The study had 300 participants, with 100 from each barangay. The mean was the statistical tool used to analyze the data. The questionnaires were sent through email in the form of a Google Form. The study's findings revealed that the level of intervention in the three barangays is somewhat visible in the event of a pandemic, earthquake, or typhoon. Furthermore, according to the study data, the pandemic received the highest mean when indicating a moderate level of crisis intervention. This study presented a pre-disaster intervention plan for the three barangays. This study educates barangays on how to improve their disaster response, particularly during a typhoon, which had the lowest mean score.en_US
