Many studies have been conducted to determine the extent of cybercrime awareness and how that awareness affects people's lives and perceptions of their online behavior. The goal of this study was to determine the level of cybercrime awareness among University of Mindanao College of Business Administration students based on four factors: age, sex, year level, and college departments. The study was conducted at a significance level of 0.05, which suggests that the students' programs had no bearing on their degree of cybercrime awareness. The researchers utilized a purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 where the respondents are enrolled students at the College of Business Administration Education (CBAE) of the University. They used descriptive research method in acquiring factual, accurate, and systematic data. The study found that level of cybercrime awareness of business student at the University of Mindanao is high. This means that students were knowledgeable about cybercrimes and other preventive strategies, enough for them to identify and avoid becoming victims of cybercrimes. But this doesn’t suggest that it will stop them from becoming the perpetrators of such crime. The study also found that students’ programs show no significance to their level of cybercrime awareness. It can be concluded that the students’ level of cybercrime awareness was not honed by their programs but instead it is honed by how their university inform them about cybercrimes as well as the manner the government inform the youth to combat cybercrimeen_US
