dc.description.abstractThe objective of this study was to determine Consumer Behavior in Online Shopping during Covid-19 Pandemic in Davao City. The study involved 200 respondents and was determined by collecting data with the use of survey questionnaires. The researchers used a stratified sampling technique in collecting data using an adopted survey questionnaire validated by the experts. They researched to determine whether there is a significant difference in Consumer Behavior in Online Shopping during Covid-19 Pandemic in Davao City when grouped according to profile. The data was collected and treated statistically using mean and descriptive correlation, ANOVA, and F-test. The result provided data where researchers came up with conclusions. The study showed a result of 4.60 overall means. The hypothesis stated that there is no significant difference in Consumer Behavior in Online Shopping during Covid-19 Pandemic in Davao City when grouped according to profile. Thus, Local Government researchers would like to recommend to the local government has taken action to ensure affordable access to quality broadband services for the consumers. Next, the researchers recommend to the online seller to ensure the seller system is to rank the sellers selling the products specified by buyers. Buyers can specify products and budgets as they need. The system searches for matched products, then finds out the corresponding sellers, and finally ranks them according to their scores. Lastly, it is hereby recommended to future researchers that they have to explore a more comprehensive study regarding the topic with a much broader scope. Keywords: Evaluationen_US
