dc.description.abstractThe motorbike industry is seeing considerable increase in revenue within the broader transportation market. Engineering, Layout, Innovation in Technology, and Production are all involved in the sector. Customer Satisfaction matters in the motorcycle dealership sector because loyalty to customers as well as experiences is greatly influenced by a company’s strategy. The goal of this study is to fully evaluate how satisfied are with the business strategies used by motorcycle dealers. We explore the many variables influencing client satisfaction using a combined methods research strategy that includes surveys, interviews and data analysis. According to preliminary studies, client’s satisfaction is dependent on a variety of factors, including product quality, pricing practices, excellent customer service, and the whole experience of purchasing. The study also looks at the increasing influence of digital platforms on customer’s perceptions and overall satisfaction, including online sales channels and feedback from consumers. This study’s finding should enable motorcycle dealers to improve their business practices, business model, boost customer satisfaction, and promotes enduring customer loyalty in a highly competitive sector. To get a more detailed grasp of the unique drivers of client’s satisfaction within this industry, more study is suggested.en_US
