The rapid evolution of technology significantly contributed to the rise of fast fashion, enabling swift production and frequent updates of affordable clothing. In terms of SDG, this study aligned with one of the 17 Goals of SDG, which was Affordable and Clean Energy. Choosing preloved clothes not only extended fashion trends but also aligned with a sustainable lifestyle, reducing the environmental impact of textile production. Similarly, opting for affordable and clean energy complemented this commitment to a greener, more eco-friendly approach. The objective of this study was to determine the factors considered by the respondents in buying preloved clothes that were more on-trend fashion and second-hand clothes in Davao City. The study focused on finding reliable factors based on statements that were answered by the respondents. The study underwent a statistical method - Exploratory Factor Analysis to achieve its objective. The survey questionnaire used in this study was created by the researchers and validated by conducting a reliability test. In distributing the questionnaire, and collecting, and gathering data for this study, the researchers utilized an online survey. The findings resulted in six factors - Individual Perception, Value for Money, Assurance, Trust and Awareness, Comfort and Mood, and Risk Mitigation, showing that the result of the study was positive about determining the factors considered by the customers in buying preloved clothes.en_US
