dc.description.abstract | Business process outsourcing (BPO) is contracting out a portion of your company's operations to a third-party vendor or service provider and is a highly stressful job with graveyard shifts. This descriptive-quantitative research aimed to know how discrimination affects them mentally, physically, and even psychologically positively or negatively, which will serve as a tool in uplifting people's minds regarding discrimination. Samples of one hundred (100) BPO employees were surveyed using the e-platform. The research instrument used was the adapted questionnaire. Results showed that discrimination based on wage rate and gender identity significantly differed when respondents were grouped according to their sex. Furthermore, the study also revealed that there was no significant difference in task segregation, wage rate, gender identity, and racial diversity when respondents were grouped according to their number of months in service, regardless of how long they have been in the BPO industry, they were all equal in terms of the indicators presented in this study. | en_US |
