In the past years, many businesses experienced serious problems such as loss, bankruptcy or closure due to their poor performance rooted from unsatisfactory work performances of individual employees. Hence, this study is conducted to identify which domain of organizational climate best influences individual work performance of employees in the Palm Oil Industry. The paper employed quantitative, non-experimental research design using descriptive correlational technique. The primary tool for data collection was an adapted questionnaire following a 5-point Likert-type scale. This study involved 115 respondents who were chosen through simple random sampling. The data gathered were subjected to statistical analyses using the mean, Pearson rand regression. Results indicated that in aggregate capacity, organizational climate is not significantly correlated with individual work performance. However, when taken individually, the domain of organizational climate that best predicts individual work performance is team participation.
