A young professional can be considered as one of the most successful individuals out there but we don't know about their story behind those successes. The purpose of the "Successful Stories of Young Professionals in Visayan Village, Tagum City: A Multiple Case Study" is to discover the situations of young professionals from being working students such as overcoming challenges and exploring the factors that led to being successful on those young professionals who live in Visayan Village, Tagum City and graduated in UM Tagum College. The research design that we used in this study is suitable for addressing the experiences of young professionals from being a working student because the researcher intended to recognize the educational experiences of working students in the higher educational setting from their own eyes. We used purposive sampling techniques in the selection of the participants with specific criteria. We interviewed five residents in the In-Depth Interview (IDI) in Barangay Visayan VIllage, Tagum City. As the results of this study revealed, young professionals experienced mixed emotions in sharing their stories and at the same time encountered many challenges in their experiences. This study will give us insight into the challenges that young professionals experience during their college days in the quest of achieving higher education. As a result of this study, the most important things for the students who are working while studying is to be self-discipline, committed, and have good time management between working hours and academic loads.en_US
