Abstract
The researchers conducted this study to determine the level of performance of the Kaakibat radio Communicators Association and the level of satisfaction of the community in Barangay Poblacion Dos towards their performance. The researchers aimed to determine the level of rescue and communication performance of the Kaakibat radio Communicators Association and also the satisfaction of the community. The study was conducted using the descriptive survey method of research by which the researchers administered questions to the residents of Barangay Poblacion Dos, Bansalan Davao del Sur with a sample size of one hundred respondents with one representative per household. The study resulted in data and findings which determined that the level of performance of the Kaakibat radio Communicators Association as perceived by the community is described as high and the level of satisfaction of the community is high. There was a significant relationship between the level of performance of the Kaakibat radio Communicators Association and the level of satisfaction of the community in Poblacion Dos. This result implies that there is a significant relationship between the two variables and the level of satisfaction of the community depends upon the performance of the Kaakibat radio Communicators Association. So, it is recommended that Kaakibat radio Communicators Association should maintain coordination with other law enforcement agencies to ensure a more safety rescue operation.
