Abstract
This study was conducted to determine the level of performance of the Barangay Officials and the Satisfaction of the residents of Barangay Buenavista, Bansalan Davao del Sur. The study was conducted using the descriptive-correlation method of research by which the researchers personally administered the questionnaire to the selected residents of Barangay Buenavista, Bansalan Davao del Sur with the sample size of 100 participants. The results from data gathered determined that the level of performance of the barangay officials obtained the overall mean of 3.74 described as high and the level of satisfaction of selected residents obtained the overall mean 3.74 described as high. The relationship of the two variables affirmed that there is no relationship between the performance of the barangay officials and satisfaction of selected residents. Based on the findings and conclusions, the researcher would recommend that the barangay official must perform their duties and functions without prejudice and bias. To further make their constituents be very satisfied with their performance. Great emphasis on environmental management and governance must be considered, making sure that they are always available and ready to render service to their constituents.
