Abstract
The researchers conducted the study to determine the level of attitude and work climate of police officers in davao city. The study utilized descriptive correlational method in order to determine the significant relationship between the two variables, test the hypothesis and answer questions concerning the present status of the study. Using simple random sampling, the adapted survey questionnaire was disseminated over to the 350 randomly selected police officers in various stations within davao city. For the data to be statistically analyzed and interpreted, the statistical tools employed were Mean and Pearson R test. The study showed that the level of Attitude of police officers in terms of being hassled or bothered and feeling good in response to their work environment is High which suggests that their attitude is desirable, while the level of Work Climate in terms of support at work, work stress, job challenge, work group and performance is also high which suggests that the condition of their work environment is very good. The study established that there is a moderate correlation between the two variables and their indicators which indicate that there is a significant relationship.
