This study's main goal was to pinpoint the ideal model of workplace engagement for hotel managers in Region III, the Philippines, in terms of total quality management (TQM), interpersonal connections, and spirituality. A descriptive-causal design and a structural equation model (SEM) strategy were used in the investigation. Four hundred hotel managers were chosen using the stratified selection technique, and information was collected using standardized survey questions. Included among the statistics are Mean, Pearson-r, Regression, and SEM. Results indicated that interpersonal relationships are at a high level and that all aspects of quality management, including spirituality and job engagement, are very high. Additionally, it was discovered that work engagement has substantial correlations with overall quality management, interpersonal interactions, and spirituality. Model 5 was found to be the best-fit model after study. As a result, constructions continued to have constructive views on how to operate effectively. The indicators associated variables for spirituality and the model's fixed dimensions were retained. According to the study, hotel managers' ability to manage their work is influenced by their level of spirituality, interpersonal interactions, and total quality management techniques.
