dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this study is to determine if there is a significant relationship between work environment and employees productivity among restaurants in Tagum City. Quantitative non-experimental research design utilizing correlational technique was used to survey 300 respondents in this study. Purposive sampling was used to determine the participants of the study who are the restaurants in Tagum City. Means and person- r were used in the study. The level of work environment among restaurants in Tagum City is very high. The level of employees productivity among restaurants in Tagum City is high. Last, there is a significant relationship between Financial Stress and Work Stress. Lastly, there is no domain significant influence work environment and employees productivity among restaurants in Tagum City.en_US
