dc.description.abstract | This study entitled Percieved Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction of Restaurants in Babak District, IGACOS was conducted to determine the significant relationship of service quality and customer satisfaction. Through this study, the researchers were able to analyze, evaluate, organize and gather data accordingly. This study was realized with the cooperation of 150 restaurant customers who were visibly present in Babak District IGACOS and were considered as respondents of this study.The type of research design that was employed in this study is descreptive correlation. It is a method designed to determine if two or more variables are associated with each other. Descriptive method measures a variables(s) as they exist naturally and the goal is to describe the variable(s).
Based on the data gathered, first; the researchers found out that the level of service quality and customer satisfaction of five restuarants in Babak District, IGACOS is high, second; there is a significant relationship between the service quality and customer satisfaction, and last; the researchers found out that responsiveness was the best predictor that influence service quality on customer satisfaction. | en_US |
