This study aimed to determine the significant mediating effect of using English&#13;
movies on the relationship between language exposure and attitudes towards&#13;
learning English. A total of 240 students from 1020 were selected through stratified&#13;
random sampling. The study used the quantitative non-experimental method of&#13;
research using the correlational technique. Mean, Pearson r, Regression Analysis,&#13;
and Medgraph using Sobel z-test were employed as statistical tools of the study.&#13;
Results revealed a very moderate level of language exposure. On the other hand,&#13;
students also demonstrated a high level of students’ attitudes towards English.&#13;
Moreover, it showed a significant relationship between language exposure and&#13;
students’ attitudes towards English. Consequently, it was also revealed that using&#13;
English movies as a mediator has shown a partial significant mediating effect on&#13;
the relationship between Language Exposure and students’ attitudes towards&#13;
learning English. Based on the study results, it can be concluded that movies can&#13;
be utilized efficiently to facilitate language learning. It can also improve&#13;
collaboration among students and consequently motivate students’ attitude in&#13;

The study aimed to determine the influence of transactional leadership of police&#13;
commissioned officers and quality of work-life on organizational commitment among&#13;
police non-commissioned officers. This study used a quantitative research design&#13;
utilizing the descriptive-correlational technique. Adapted survey questionnaires were&#13;
administered randomly to 260 non-commissioned police officers of Cotabato City&#13;
Police Office, Police Regional Office, Bangsamoro Autonomous Region, Philippines.&#13;
Findings show very high levels of transactional leadership, quality of work-life, and&#13;
organizational commitment. It also reveals significant relationships between&#13;
transactional leadership and organizational commitment and between the quality of&#13;
work-life and organizational commitment. However, only the quality of work-life&#13;
significantly influenced organizational commitment. With this result, it is&#13;
recommended that Cotabato City Police Office, PRO BAR, may sustain a very high&#13;
level of organizational commitment to achieving the goals of the PNP by enhancing&#13;
transactional leadership practices in terms of laissez-faire leadership among commissioned police officers and quality of work-life specifically on relation and&#13;
cooperation among non-commissioned officers by initiating training and other&#13;

The aimed of this research was to measure the community disaster resilience of local residents in selected barangays in Agusan del Sur which will base for an enhanced calamity plan. The study was conducted using a non-experimental quantitative research methodology employing the descriptive-correlational approach using Mean, Cronbach’s Alpha and Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Utilizing regression analysis as an approach in data analysis, this research used a regression model to find and explain the mechanism or process that underlie an observed connection between the independent variable, which is the community disaster resilience; and the dependent variable, which is the proposed enhancement of the calamity plan. The questionnaires utilized in the research were contextualized and were made appropriate to the needs of the current study. The respondents were selected using a convenience sampling approach which determined 400 residents in selected barangay of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur. Result disclosed that the level resiliency of residents of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur is very high level of community resilience as perceived by its residents of the Local Government Unit through its Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council (MDRRMC) which is expected to sustain further an education and training drive to educate the residents in preparing untoward disasters. Layunin ng pag-aaral na ito na malaman ang tagapamagitang epekto ng istilong pampersonalidad na may kaugnayan sa karanasan ng pagkatuto sa silid aralan at komunikatibong kakayahan sa Asignaturang Filipino ng mag-aaral sa Senior High School sa pampublikong paaralan ng Sta. Maria Sangay ng Davao Occidental. Ginamit sa pananaliksik ang disenyong non-experimental na descriptive correlation. Nakuha ang datos mula sa 234 na mga mag-aaral sa pamamagitan ng tatlong talatanungan bilang instrumento ng pananaliksik. Ginamit ang Mean at Standard Deviation, Pearson Product Moment Correlation at sobel Z Test bilang istastikal na kagamitan. Lumaba sa pag aaral na ang antas ng karanasan sa pagkatuto at kakayahang komunikatibo ay nakakuha ng mataas na antas gayundin ang mga istilong pampersonalidad. Nagkaroon din ng makabuluhang ugnayan sa pagitan ng karanasan sa pagkatuto at komunikatibong kakayahan, karanasan sa pagkatuto at mga istilong pamperonalidad; at ang mga istilong pampersonalidad komunikatibong kakayahan. Natuklasan na may tagapamagitang epekto ang mga istilong pampersonalidad at karanasan sa pagkatuto tungo sa kabuuang komunikatibong kakayahan ngunit isa sa mga istilong pampersonalidad ang walang tagapamagutang epekto sa ugnayan ng karanasan sa pagkatuto at komunikatibong kakayahan. Kung kaya’t isinasaalang-alang ng mga guro ang komunikatibong kakayahan ng mga mag-aaral sa senior high school sa pamamagitan ng makabuluhang karanasan sa pagkatuto at ipinamalas ang mga istilong pampersonalidad.
